Veeco AFM Workshop Series: Dimension® Icon® Atomic Force Microscope (AFM)
You are invited to join us for an informative and interactive workshop to learn more about the unprecedented capabilities of the new Dimension® Icon® Atomic Force Microscope (AFM) from Veeco Instruments.
During these workshops, you will see presentations from Veeco Application Scientists, and see the live demonstrations of the Icon in action. We will focus on Materials Science applications and will be able to run a limited number of customer samples during the workshop to give you a good overview of the Icon capabilities.
Samples will be run on a first-come-first-serve basis, so, please contact Ross Wiltse at rwiltse@veeco.com to register your sample.
We will be at various locations on the East Coast from May 28th – June 18th. Locations include Boston, Princeton, U of MD, Duke, Northwestern, Clemson, Purdue and Minneapolis.
