Nanoprobe Network Readies for Launch
The Nanoprobe Network, a new, virtual community on all topics relating to probing phenomena at the nanometer scale, is nearly ready for its public launch.
Philadelphia, PA June 1, 2008–An international group of researchers specializing in the science of nanoscale probing of matter is preparing to launch an innovative new website that aims to bring together researchers from around the world to learn, teach, discuss, and debate their fields. The Nanoprobe Network will be the focal point for resources such as the educational Probe-Pedia, opinions of scientific and industry leaders in featured blogs, and recent advances in imaging and software. Researchers are encouraged to log in and participate by voicing their opinions on scientific advances, commenting on blogs, listing events of interest to the community, contributing to articles on Probe-Pedia, and posting software, images, and A/V files to share with the community.
More details on the official launch will be announced shortly.
