Software Library
Welcome to the Nanoprobe Network’s Software Library. Here you can download applications and scripts to help you with all aspects of nanoprobe research. These software items have been contributed by other members of Nanoprobe Network. You can become a Nanoprobe Network member by completing a brief registration form here.
To submit your software: send the software by email to nnadmin@seas.upenn.edu. Include a brief description, and indicate the Category it should be placed under (these are listed below, and you can suggest new Categories). The Nanoprobe Network Administrator will then check the software for viruses and appropriateness before posting it.
You may submit software via email ONLY if the total size of each file is smaller than 500 kB. For larger file sizes, please provide access either by FTP or through a direct link from a website (e.g., http://www.website.com/softwarescript.txt). In this case, send an email to nnadmin@seas.upenn.edu and include the necessary information for accessing the file (FTP login/password, or direct web link).
